How do I find an agent?

1. Click on the Agents tab along the top of the screen.

2. On the Quick Search on the right hand side, click on the Agents tab.

3. Enter all or part of the name you are searching for into the search field and hit the Enter key on your keyboard.

4. Click on the required name from the resulting list that appears underneath to be taken to that record.
