How do I add an agent to the database?
1. From the Front Desk Main Menu click on Data Entry.
2. On the tabbed header at the top click on Agents.
3. In the bottom right hand corner click on the New Record
button.
4. This will create a new blank agent record for you to fill in.
5. The Agents tab in the lower section can hold names of staff within the agency.
6. The Associated Guests tab will show all guests
who have this agency entered on their details page.
