How do I add a deposit to a booking?
1. From the Main Menu click on Data Entry.
2. Use the Quick Search to find the required
guest.
3. From their details page click on the grey Bookings
tab. Click on the blue
button to take you to the required booking.
4. To the right of the Items to charge portal you wil see a Deposit Made box. Enter the amount and payment type.
The balance will adjust accordingly and once the booking has been checked in the the deposit will be listed on the Payments screen.
